It happened. I’ve turned 70. But isn’t that the new 50?
It’s taken a long time to get here. In some ways it doesn’t seem long, but when I look back – it’s long.

Born 1956
Flower 5th Avenue Hospital, New York
My parents had a play thing and I played along.
We still have dresser that I was standing on and the mirror.

Every boy wants to be like dad. Here’s me, almost two.
Now my son says that talking to me is like talking to Larry, so I guess I made it.
This looks like a classic Sears studio picture. I was around three.

My typical wardrobe at five (spring 1962). Sitting on the curb on Broadfield Road in New Rochelle
I had several of these jackets. One of them from 1957 survived and is framed in my house. This one looks a little short in the arms and has lost most of the patches.
That was my first camera, a Kodak Brownie that took 127 roll film.
